Refund & Replacement Policy – UONEKINS Kids Kick Scooter

We provide refunds or replacements only for defective or damaged products.

How to Claim

  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos (including unboxing video) as proof.

What You Get

  • Replacement if the item is damaged, missing parts, or not working.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will give a full refund (excluding transport charges).
  • Refund is processed after inspection or after we receive the returned item.

Not Eligible

  • Used products or items damaged after use.
  • Damage caused by wrong storage, mishandling, or customer-caused issues.
  • Transport/shipping charges are non-refundable.
