We provide refunds or replacements only for defective or damaged products.
How to Claim
- Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos/videos (including unboxing video) as proof.
What You Get
- Replacement if the item is damaged, missing parts, or not working.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will give a full refund (excluding transport charges).
- Refund is processed after inspection or after we receive the returned item.
Not Eligible
- Used products or items damaged after use.
- Damage caused by wrong storage, mishandling, or customer-caused issues.
- Transport/shipping charges are non-refundable.
